Country head – Business development For Domestic BPO

Job Description:Business Development Country Head
1. Overall responsibility for executing  BPO revenue.
2. Firmly put Domestic BPOsales strategy in line with sales management and BPO management team.
3. Drive the sales effort/annual business plan and execute BPO campaigns in collaboration with the inside sales team, presales team and solutions delivery team.
4. Lead a team of Sales professionals for consultative selling around BPO solutions, engage potential customers..
5. Pipeline Management, sale  discipline and front ending of business development activities .
6. Key performance metrics will include revenue achievement relative to goals and contribution margin.

Desired profile of the candidate:

1. Significant domestic BPO (In-bound / Out-bound) sales experience, 13+ yrs of experience.
2. Familiarity with some of service line - Insurance, BFSI and Telecom.
3. Driving the Business Plan/Sales strategy for BPO in India.
4. Ability to sell across Industries.
5. Leadership experience of managing a sales team.
6. Collaborative - Effective teaming with the pre-sales, solutions, operations, finance and other teams to build a campaign, manage the sales process effectively to close a sale.
